Summary
Two notarial instruments, apparently copied at roughly the same time by the same hand. The first concerns the sale of property involving Ubertus Mancaxola or Manchaxola, two canons from the Church of St. Mary and the Twelve Apostles, and a monastery. It is dated "anno d[omi]nice incarnacion[is] mill[esim]o duce[n]cesimo quinquagsimo septio, indicion[is] p[ri]ma die d[omi]nici t[er]cio k[a]ll[end]as febr" and is concluded with the statement and sign of the notary Agadus Codeculus. The second is dated "Anno ab incarnaccio[nis] eiusdem mill[esim]o trece[n]tesimo sesagsimo quarto, indicion tercia die quarto deci[m]o me[n]s[is] decembr" and has the sign and statement of Johannes Canaliuus. It involves Petrus de Cernis de Cremona. Small holes and faded note at top of document. Notes on verso in ink and red pencil.
