Summary
Notarial instrument recording a donation made by Alaxine before Johannes de Zigadis, doctor in both laws, on the 14th of December 1400. Notarial attestation by Johannes Gatus, imperial notary, dated the 5 April 1436 and a statement and notarial attestation recorded by Daniel Gatus, imperial notary, also dated 5th of April 1436. Hole at line 20-21 and two pairs of holes at lines 36-38; erasures, staining, and wear throughout with loss of text. Faded note near upper left corner. Notes on verso in ink and one in red pencil.
