Summary
Notarial instrument recording a transaction between the hospital of the Holy Spirit in Saxia and the monastery of St. Praxedes. The acta was executed at the hospital on June 2, 1479. The notary's, Bernardus de Prato, statement and sign follows. Appended to the act is the attestion of Guillaume d'Estouteville, cardinal-bishop of Ostia and Archbishop of Rouen, on the third of June 1479 at Rome. Document is signed M. Saxoferraten(sis). Episcopal seal at foot of document. Note on verso in ink by later hand: "73 Giorgi." Small punctures on verso corresponding to the seal. Slight soiling along the edges.
