Notarial instrument recording a property transaction for allodial land near the Po between Melchion de Ziganis of Franchirius and Carlo Pallavicino, bishop of Lodi. Notarial sign in the upper and lower left corners. Issued by Berolinus Ferraryo, public and imperial notary of Cremona. One small tear along the left margin and holes of varying sizes at lines 16, 21, 27, 28, 34, and 61. Faded note on the upper left corner. "5 Giorgj" inscribed by a later hand in ink on the verso.
