Summary
Contains the two 1861 reports from the Committee on Rail Road Connections, along with accompanying documents. The first report concurred that various railroad connections, referred in a Convention resolution, should be made. The second report reiterated the need for these connections with some changes, as well as endorsing a proposed amended ordinance (not attached) to a prior one rejected by the Confederate Convention.
