Instrument recording an agreement between the church of St. Mary and the Twelve Apostles, the monastery of San Salvatori, and the monastery of St. Mary of Nazareth regarding a canal from the river Trebbia and a canal called Goxia. Notaries statement and sign at the foot of document. Faded note at top of document "1313 16 octobris" and note on verso "P rivo Goxia." Small holes above line 1 and at line 40; contemporaneously stitched tear that is starting to tear between lines 20 and 24. Traces of red wax above and below line 7 and on verso. Irregular shape and wrinkling, especially along the right margin.
