Document recording property transacation involving rents in Bourneville made by Mahier Walle on behalf his parish before Jehan, tabeillon, and involving several parties including Philippe, seigneur of Goussant and Bourneville. Dated "lan de grace mil CCCC quatre vintg[?] et vnze ou moys de feurier le vintg septiesme jour." Signature and notarial sign at foot of document. Remnants of stitching along the crease of the fold. Twisted thong of parchment at lower left corner. Slight discoloration with minimal obscuring of text. Notes on verso.
