February 4. 1862 Communication of the Auditing Board, with supporting documentation regarding the property ownership and payment for property purchased by Virginia and its officers, which was transferred to the Confederate Army and its officers.

Va., with the accompanying papers, on the subject of the transfer of property by officers of Virginia to similar officers in the Confederate service ... your ob't serv't, George W.
