Summary
1745 Manuscript journal of William Logan on his journey to Georgia. Of note, the first part of the journal appears to have been published in The Pennsylvania Magazine of History and Biography in 1912. That article noted that Logan, a strict Quaker, was a member of the City Council 1743-1776; in 1747, became a member of the Governor's Council, and took a deep interest in Indian affairs.
