Abstract

The article reviews the 2004 reissue of Duncan Kennedy's "Legal Education and the Reproduction of Hierarchy: A Polemic Against the System." The book focuses on the way critical legal studies has been neutralized to become a nonthreatening legal thought. An examination of Kennedy's proposals for reforming the legal academy is provided. Various essays included in the book are mentioned including those from Peter Gabel and Janet Halley.
