Batson case summaries include all published opinions of the U.S. Supreme Court, federal circuit courts of appeal, the California Supreme Court, and miscellaneous state appellate court opinions. Usually updated twice a year for publication in criminal defense training materials and on criminal and capital websites and listservs.
