Abstract
This panel will focus on the intersection of employment discrimination law with other substantive rights, including religion and national origin discrimination. Panelists will examine the future of religious accommodations for employers under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act and how the Act relates to Title VII and other employment laws. Panelists will also look at the development of the protected class of national origin, as well as the legal trend toward recognizing the rights of employment-authorized undocumented workers.
