WESTLAW (Information retrieval system)
Principles of the law of aggregate litigation aims to supply up-to-date coherence to the law of aggregate litigation, which has changed significantly in recent years. In addition to formal aggregation in litigated settings, such as with class actions, this project addresses a broader array of cases that are bundled together and settled or tried to test the value of related claims.
