Database contains a compilation of trademarks and service marks received from the registering authorities of all 50 states and PuertoRico. Some states provide records which omit certain fields of information, but all will provide the trademark and owner information. Many records include the United States Class numbers. All records include the International class numbers, which in some cases are added by CompuMark staff. Some ownership information, such as assignment information, current status, the state of registration, the registration number, claims and disclaims, filing correspondent, and date information regarding certain points in the lifecycle of that state registration will be included with many records. Some records do not include goods and services with the record, but do include International classes.
