Summary
The Model Jury Selection Questions (MJSQ) provide an organized, consistent, simple and clear guide to selecting juries. They include model language and a flexible script for judges to use in the jury selection process and for practitioners to use in submitting proposed questions to judges. Generously endorsed by the Court of Appeals of Maryland, see Collins v. State, 452 Md. 614 (2017), they are a tool, for every judge and practitioner to ensure a fair and impartial jury.
