Summary
February 26, 1756 Statement by John Baptiste Galerm, given to the General Assembly, regarding the relation of the misfortunes of the French neutrals who became English subjects around 1713, although exempt from fighting the French. Galerm indicated that these Arcadian neutrals were now being forced to fight against the French despite this exemption and prayed for help.
