Ordinances passed by the North Carolina Constitutional Convention of 1875. Ordinances included those which required "non-discriminatory" segregated public schools, prohibited those convicted of felonies from voting, prohibited interracial marriages, made changes in the "chain gangs" section and a number of changes in the legislative and judicial process.
