Summary
1863 Report of the Joint Committee appointed to review a communication from the governor of Georgia (not included) regarding salt and its transportation. In response to complaints from Georgia, the committee suggested a resolution which would order the preferences for allowing transportation on trains belonging to other states, beginning with the needs of the Confederacy and ending with private individuals and corporations.
