"In Council December 27th 1755. Read and concur'd ... Tho. Clarke, dep. secr. Consented to S. Phips. ..."
Followed by: An order establishing a committee to provide for the support of the Nova Scotians, followed by the committee's directions to the towns. The words "Shrewsbury" and "Pinous LeBlanc his wife 5 sons & 4 dau.rs in all 11" are supplied in manuscript in the appropriate blanks. In manuscript, at foot of sheet: "Came hear febry 12: 1756."
