Circulars, containing extracts of letters from various members of the clergy concerning the proposal to form a "union and concert in prayer among the churches of Christ of all the different denominations ..." See Bristol B8848.
Signed on fourth and sixth pages by Walter King, Pastor of the Second Congregational Church at Norwich, Conn., and David Austin, Pastor of the Presbyterian Church at Elizabeth, N.J.
Followed by a post-script, signifying "a cordial acquiescence" to the proposals, signed and dated: Jonathan Edwards. New Haven December 5th. 1794. Then by the first circular letter, dated Norwich, (Connecticut,) Sept. 1794.
Presumably printed at Norwich, Conn., where the first circular letter (Bristol B8848) was issued.
