Summary
November 10, 1852 Report of the Commissioners to Revise and Digest the Public Statutes, which was submitted to the North Carolina General Assembly. The commissioners reported that they were unable to complete their task, and requested additional time, as well as an apportionment for printing the revisions for the Assembly's consideration. A letter to all counties regarding their county boundary was also prepared by the commission; a copy of same was attached to the report.
