1852 North Carolina House bill to incorporate the Bank of Roanoke in Plymouth, North Carolina. Included were the procedure and other details for subscription of stock, delineating the selection, duties and powers and limitations of the board of directors and the corporation, as well as other relevant banking issues. Also included were the memorials from various citizens from Washington County, who sought increased banking facilities including one in Plymouth.
