"...growing up, we also learn that men are warriors and women are caretakers, and given that dichotomy, a caring lawyer just might be kind of a wuss. [...] I still struggle with perfectionism and not feeling good enough or smart enough. It’s one reason I retired young. Another is the lack of institutional culture change."
