Summary
Volume one begins with an account of O'Reilly's arrival in the province, followed by a chronological journal of the minutes of the Cabildo's meetings through the remaining volumes in the series. Also recorded in the volumes are copies of documents presented to the assemblage. The minutes are signed by the members present at each meeting, as well as by the secretary of the Cabildo. The signature of the governor also appears for meetings attended by that official.
