Summary
House bill and substitute bill on the creation of circuit courts, the powers and procedures of the judges and clerks of this court. This version gradually discontinued the jurisdiction of the Chancery Courts, but provided some transference of certain cases at the time of passage. The substitute bill, "Substitute, proposed to the bill concerning circuit courts," also listed the counties in the districts.
