Memorial of citizens and voters in Louisiana requesting an investigation on behalf of R.M. Kearney and Duncan Macaulay who challenged the election of A.G Brice and Thomas H. Shields for seats in the Third and Fourth Precincts in the Second Representative District. Included are numerous correspondence and other relevant evidence, as well as the petition of said challenge. The memorial is addressed to the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Louisiana.
