Report of the Maryland House Committee of Elections and Privileges regarding the memorial of Robert Welch who complained about the results of a recent election in Annapolis for the Maryland House of Delegates. After review, the committee concluded that he had failed to avail himself of prior orders and the House should be discharged of further consideration of his case. The report is signed by Wm. W. Handy, Chairman.
