Summary
An Act in addition to an Act regulating elections and declaring the qualifications of voters in town affairs. If a person fulfills the other constitutional requirements for voting, said person cannot be denied the privilege even if he is exempt from paying taxes. The mayor of a town, or his designee, must place the names on the election rolls; failure to do so would result in a fine.
