Summary
Massachusetts act that enacts a tax on the sale of liquor, requires that retailers keep an inventory of wines and spirituous liquor bought and sold, gives some requirements for licenses, names responsibilities of country treasurers in paying money to the state treasurer, and names penalties for non-compliance.
