Summary
Discussion of small pox including its history in the world, cases in Massachusetts, benefit of the small pox vaccination, and engravings made by John D. Fisher, M.D. The committee concludes its report recommending alterations to the existing law. A proposed bill, "An act, more effectively to diffuse the benefit of vaccination," is included. The report is signed, "For the Committee," by James Crowell.
