Memorial to the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Michigan, from physicians in Michigan, requesting that the legislature "pass a law instructing the Board of Regents of the University of the State, to create a Chair of Homoeopathy in the Medical Department of the same, and appoint a professor thereto."
