Summary
Report about slavery in territories, including Kansas. As noted in the report, "That Kansas should be devoted to freedom, is the united and earnest desire of all the citizens of this State of whatever party. ... Such then is our position; representing a constituency that are unanimous in avowing their Free State preferences, and unanimous in condemning the outrages which have been committed in Kansas upon our unoffending citizens, who have gone there to seek a home."
