Secretary's Office, Feb. 25, 1829. : To the Hon. House of Representatives: In obedience in an order of the Hon. House of this day, I have the honor herewith to submit an abstract of each of the returns made by the Salem Turnpike and Chelsea Bridge Corporation, specifying the cost of the said Turnpike Road, the income annually arising from the tolls, &c. on said road, together with the annual disbursements on the same. Very respectfully, Edward D. Bangs, secretary.
