Summary
Memorial addressed to the Michigan Senate by James Seymour. Seymour notes that George H. Hazelton and others were opposed to the passage of a bill which would allow Seymour and Ogden Clark to maintain their dam on the Flint River. In this petition, Seymour addresses and refutes some of the information presented by those in opposition to the dam, and notes their goal of making the river more manageable.
