Summary
Report of the Michigan Senate Committee on Expiring Laws "to whom was referred so much of the new constitution and Governor's message as relates to the sale of intoxicating liquors, and sundry petitions upon the same subject." The committee recommends that two amendments to the constitution be submitted to the people to determine whether the sale of liquor as a beverage should be allowed, prohibited, or curtailed. The report is signed by H.S. Mead, Chairman.
