Note
Concerning the town of Deerfield's petition to the Massachusetts House of Representatives, on the question of funding for the support of Lovina Wetherell. She had been named executrix of her husband Runey Wetherell's estate in 1817, but in 1819 was deemed to be insane and was appointed a guardian.
