Summary
Report of a Michigan Senate committee, "to whom was referred the resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Kent, in relation to a repeal of the laws which require a return of the lands delinquent for taxes, to the Auditor General's Office." Note
The Journal of the Senate of the State of Michigan, 1853, indicates that a "resolution of the board of supervisors of the county of Kent, on the subject of the assessment and collection of taxes" was referred to the Committee on Judiciary.
