Summary
Report of a Michigan Senate committee, "to whom was referred the resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Kent, in relation to a repeal of the laws which require a return of the lands delinquent for taxes, to the Auditor General's Office." (Page 1). The committee notes that there is a current bill related to this topic before the Senate, and refers the resolutions to the Senate. The report is signed by A. Gould, Chairman.
Note
The Journal of the Senate of the State of Michigan, 1853, indicates that a "resolution of the board of supervisors of the county of Kent, on the subject of the assessment and collection of taxes" was referred to the Committee on Judiciary.
