Summary
Report of a joint committee of the Michigan legislature "to whom was referred so much of the Governor's message as relates to the State Agricultural College." (Page 1). The report notes that the Legislature of 1855 made provisions for an agricultural college, and that the college has been in operation for nearly two years.
