Summary
Report of a minority of the Michigan House Committee on Education "to whom was referred the memorial of the Trustees of Kalamazoo College, praying for the passage of a law to provide normal instruction in certain colleges, and sundry other petitions to the same effect." (Page 1). The committee notes the importance of educated teachers and proposes that money be provided to the Board of Education to make arrangements for courses of normal instruction at Michigan institutions. The report is signed by Foster Pratt.
