Petition to release two Narragansett minors from the County of Washington jail for stealing a bushel of corn, worth 75 cents; after a guilty plead, they were sentenced to fines and whippings; they could not pay the fines. The petition sought remittance of the fines and release from jail. Said petition was approved and the boys discharged from confinement in jail on May 3, 1822.
