Summary
Prisma juridico is a biannual journal created in 2002 by the Faculty of Law of the Nove de Julho University. The magazine publishes unpublished articles that have adherence to the area of law and analyzes that involve the judicial system, its functionality, dialogues between sustainability and development in the context of public and private space. It constitutes a non-dogmatic space that respects the plurality indispensable for intellectual debate; therefore, he is not a spokesman for any specific current or theory and publishes works by Brazilian or foreign authors, in Portuguese, Spanish, French, and English. The name itself - Prisma - mirrors this polyhedral and analytical ambition: to present not only different faces of law, but also to decompose its light into a varied spectrum - because different, in fact, are the houses where law lives, and multiple, its features. The magazine focuses on the academic community that is dedicated to the issues of law, which is not limited, of course, to the legal academy, and congregates related areas. Of course, it is also aimed at legal professionals who are interested in the various theoretical issues that underlie the legal system and know the importance of these issues for a conscious exercise of professional life, as well as for citizenship. Submission of articles is continuous.
