Message from Michigan Governor Austin Blair to the Legislature about an act related to the drainage of swamp lands, a law which would allow county agricultural societies to mortgage their real estate, the amendment of an act which would allow for the incorporation of institutions of learning, certificates for swamp lands to Peter F. Pfunstid and John Roost, repeal of act No. 230 of the laws of 1861, an amendment of an act to incorporate the East Saginaw Board of Education, and an amendment to equalize the salaries of probate judges.
