Summary
The regulatory review In depth publishes traditional footnoted law articles written by leading academics and regulatory practitioners. It is a journal produced by students at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School under faculty supervision. It accepts contributions from academic, government, and private sector contributors and aims to reach a similarly diverse audience of academic and professional readers interested in important issues of administrative and regulatory law. The regulatory review in depth supplements an online publication, The regulatory review, which is also student-edited but publishes short essays online on all topics related to regulation. The regulatory review In depth accommodates work that is too long for The review's normal online publication and that deserves a traditional journal layout and footnoting style. Both The regulatory review In depth and The regulatory review are sponsored by the Penn Program on Regulation which is based at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
