Pakistan journal of law, analysis and wisdom (PJLAW) is a biannual multidisciplinary journal focused on legal research that provides a platform for researchers, scholars, judges, and legal practitioners to publish high-quality research in the areas of law, social sciences, humanities, and Islamic banking and finance. The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: Law: The journal welcomes papers on various fields of law, including but not limited to, criminal law, commercial law, corporate law, constitutional law, environmental law, family law, human rights law, intellectual property law, international law, labour law, and tax law. Islamic Banking and Finance: The journal welcomes research on the Islamic principles and practices of banking and finance, including but not limited to, Islamic banking and finance products, Islamic insurance (Takaful), Islamic capital markets, Islamic microfinance, and Islamic social finance.
