"The select committee of the House, to whom were referred so much of the Governor's address, as relates to the currency; and an order to consider the expediency of prohibiting the banks of the Commonwealth from issuing bills of lower denomination than two dollars, after the first day of May next, -- three dollars after the first day of May in the year eighteen hundred forty-one, -- and five dollars after the first day of May, eighteen hundred forty-two -- respectfully submit their report."--Page 3.
