The Committee on Towns, to whom was referred the petition of James Jackson and others, praying that part of each of the towns of Hopkinton, Framingham and Holliston, in the county of Middlesex, may be incorporated into a new town by the name of Unionville, have had the same under consideration, and ask leave to report, that the petitioners have leave to withdraw their petition, and they also submit a statement of the evidence produced at the hearing."--Page 6.
