The Joint Special Committee, to whom was committed the report upon the doings of the Commonwealth Bank, with instructions to summon the President, Directors, and Company of said bank before them, to show cause why the charter of said bank should not be declared forfeited, according to the provisions of the thirty-sixth chapter of the Revised Statutes, have attended to that duty, and now submit the following report ..."--Page 4.
