The report includes tables which show the amount of bounty allowed for the raising of wheat in 1839 and 1840, by counties and towns; aggregate data by counties showing wheat claims allowed in 1839 and 1840, with information for number of applications, bushels raised, and amount of claims; silk bounties showing names and residences of claimants, pounds of cocoons, pounds of silk reeled, pounds of silk thrown, and the amount of bounty granted, for 1836-1840; and aggregate data for silk bounties by year.
