Ordered, that Messrs. Kinnicutt, of Worcester, Rogers, of Salem, Clark, of Shirley, Ruggles, of Rochester, and Pierce, of Hinsdale, be a committee to consider the expediency of providing by law, that the expenses incurred in the administration of criminal justice, in the several counties of the commonwealth, shall hereafter be defrayed by the counties, respectively, in which they are incurred.
