Ordered, the Senate concurring, that an act entitled "An act to authorize the business of banking," reported from the committee on Banks and Banking, be referred to the next legislature : and the Secretary of State shall cause said act, as amended in the Senate, to be printed in the several public newspapers in the State; and also cause said act, as amended, to be submitted to the bank commissioners, whose duty it shall be carefully to examine the same, and make report to the next legislature, with such suggestions or alterations as they shall deem for the public interest.
